EVCng.com is a real estate e-commerce platform that simplifies property discovery, transactions, and agent collaboration. The platform features property listings, and secure payment integrations. As the designer and developer, my role was to craft a user-friendly interface that addresses the unique challenges of Nigeria’s real estate market while ensuring scalability and trust.

To validate the approach, I conducted:
User surveys: Interviewed 50+ buyers, renters, and agents to identify pain points (e.g., "I can’t trust online listings" or "Realtors don’t respond quickly").
Competitor analysis: Studied platforms like Land Republic, Besitz and Seven30 to benchmark features (e.g., search filters, Book Inspection, Navigate Properties).
Local insights: Prioritized mobile-first design (85% of users browse on phones) and integrated local payment methods (bank transfers, USSD, NGN).
To validate the approach, I conducted:
